Season Tickets and Club cash

I'm not seeing my club cash when getting to the checkout on my season ticket renewal. Definitely got some as I can see it on clubcash.whufc.com. Also, I'm being defaulted into the cup scheme without being in it previously or requesting it. No option given to opt out. Anyone else getting this? Wiped nob on screen etc to no avail.

No you don't, I phoned up and they did it over the phone.

There’s no way to do it online that I’ve seen?

Think you need to wait till April 29th if you wanna use club cash towards ST renewals

I had to ring up and renew in order to opt out of the cup scheme
